Subject: I suck

                Dear Mr. Floor Manger,
First and for most, I would like to say that I am very sorry for how I was not being able to make it to the meeting last week. I had all of my stuff prepared for this important day, but for some reason I did not show up to the meeting was because my house became the victim to a huge predicament. As I was pressing my clothes for the very important meeting a very abnormal event incurred. A massive title wave hit my house and I had to climb up to the attack at the top of my house so as not to get washed away in the water from the title wave. Everything I owned was ruined by the water which also means that my presentation for the meeting which I planned to present was washed away by the wave but I will certainly redo it so you can see what I was going to say.  I’m not big on excuses but this event was unanticipated and is the reason for not being able to make it to the meeting.

I hope that you can try to understand the serious issue that I encountered and accept my apologies. I am more than happy to discuss this with you further. Thank you for taking the time to read this apology and again I am very truly sorry for the miscommunication.

                                                Sincerely
                                                                Bob Flood

Dear Mr. Forest,
I am very extremely interessted in your company EnvioCorpAuto. I would like to apply for the treasurer. I was a manager for a bank for years. In doing that, I learned a lot and part of that was how to deal with credit ratings and learning how to manage risks and thinks of that nature. I also learned how to understand different terms. I know that by being a treasurer I will have to be communicating with many different professionals. I have dealt with all different types of risks such as, interest rates, currency, commodities, and operations. The bank I worked at faced a lot of these problems so I was very experienced with working with them. I am aware that when you are dealing with credit risks, a treasurer must know about the people they are insuring or issuing because they need to know about if they are a good credit risk or not and if they are going to benefit the company so I am a good choice for this job. I know I can benefit you’re company because I am confident in what I do and when you are a treasurer of a big company like this, if you do not have confidence than the other companies may look down upon you. Currency Risks are also something that I know Have to deal with as a treasurer of your company. I know that it may be a little difficult to manage, but,  like I said I have confidence in what I do.

                                                                                                Thank you,
